Fabrication assessment - Underside

After a visual inspection of the underside of the vehicle it has become clear that there are many areas that have varying degrees of corrosion.
Starting at the rear of the car corrosion is present on both the right and left sides of the boot floor and should be replaced in its entirety. The same level of corrosion is also present on the rear floor pan support that also has a snapped bolt that will need to be removed. The rear right chassis rail is also affected by corrosion and will need to be repaired in order to regain its structural integrity.
Moving along to the middle of the car my attention is drawn to the middle sections of the chassis rails. Although these look in the mist part of sound structure, there are poor previous repair works that in my opinion should be removed and replaced with a correctly fabricated panel to provide an as new finish.
Unfortunately the floor pans and sills have suffered badly with corrosion and would ideally need to be replace in their entirety to provide a long lasting repair.
Towards the front of the vehicle unfortunately there is poor previous welding present to the frontal parts of the chassis rails.

Moving onto the inner wheel arches there are numerous holes and areas or corrosion present in all. Ideally these will need to be replaced with new panels to provide a repair that is a level above the usual method of 'patching' a repair. As with all the works listed above the repair will be performed to a standard that is not only structurally but also visually akin the factory built car.
